Dombai - a heaven for mountaineers
Dombai is a popular mountaineering center of the North Caucasus. Dombai is often called “the heart of the highlands” This small area, spread in the Teberda reserve, is an ideal place for tourists and mountaineers from all over the world. No other place on the planet has such a natural wealth as Dombai.
Dombai is a climatic recreational area which is located in a hollow at the foot of the northern slopes of the Caucasian Mountains. The first homes and alpine camps were built here in 1964.Tourists can find here wonderful meadows, mountain rivers with pure water, waterfalls and glaciers, which make this place really incredible.
